Entertainment and things to do

To me there is not much night life other than Gateway within walking distance of the Hotel. However a short 5 minute drive and you are in Umhlanga ridge which has a vibrant night life and where the who is who hang out in the city of Durban. It is certainly worth a visit.

If the night life is not your thing you can alway visit the Natal Sharks board for a very interesting tour. To me the Lodge is the idea place for a business man to spend a night it`s ok with the family as well due to the fact that Gateway is so close and there is plenty for the children to do there. It very safe and clean and definetely worth a visit.
